So I have been VERY frustrated this week at Blogger and Google. I got a new gmail address and wanted to update it without loosing my blog. So I looked up the correct way of doing it, changed my email and deleted the email I never use. I even deleted the whole email account of the address I don't use anymore.
Well, little did I know, Blogger has problems and when you change your email address it messes up links for your blog post. 4+ years of blogging posts and all my photos are gone. There is a terrible black box with an exclamation mark instead of the photos I took time in uploading. Photos I don't even have copies for anymore. I am so upset. I am slowly going through and re-adding any photos I may have but trying to remember each and every photo I EVER uploaded...... That's going to take forever. What I don't understand is how it happened? How did updating my email do this? I wrote Blogger help and Google about this issue 3 times and the only message I get is "thank you, we cannot address every letter written but will strive to better our services." I am frustrated to no end.

I totally understand. I have been wanting to switch my blogger account to a new account what seems like forever now. Before I deleted my previous account I added my new account and have tried to make it the primary one on the blog account but it won't carry over the blog reel for blogs I read or anything else. Its like we are 2 separate accounts on the SAME blog. If you find a solution PLEASE let me know because I would love to dump my old email I NEVER use to one I actually check and remember. Hope it gets figured out quick.
