So my sister Rebecca and I were discussing today the word podunk. We use it all the time to describe places we won't live or that someone we don't know is from. Apparently her husband doesn't believe it is a real word. So I looked it up online. And this is what I found:
Po·dunk
n. Slang
A small isolated town, region, or place that is regarded as unimportant.
Therefore it is a word and we will continue to use it :)

Abby and I have found that we make up quite a few words and our husbands like to make fun of us, A LOT! But its nice when every once in a while, that we find out that we were right!
