So I had this memory today. And it made me giggle. When I was younger our family had family night (for you Mormons, family home evening lol). I was in charge of the lesson. I gave everyone a piece of paper and a crayon and said "draw who you love". I drew my cousin Amy. This picture looked something like the above photo. I started seeing what everyone else was drawing. They drew all of the siblings, parents, cousins, aunts, uncles, grandparents, friends and I remember Spencer even drew Duke, our cousins dog. I remember sitting there thinking "that's a lot of people to love". And now I sit here and think of all the people I love and care for and who I'm grateful for. I would start listing them but I'm afraid I'll leave someone out because there are SOOO many people that have come into my life, whether they are still here or not, that had a great impact on me.
So to all of those I love.... Thank you for whatever it is you did to make me who I am and made me happy to have met you. Thank you for loving me and being there when I needed a friend. An thank you to my family for never giving up on me and my crazy ideas.
And to my cousin Amy. Thank you for being someone I will always love and care about :) and sorry for the black eye I gave you when we were little, but more importantly thank you for looking past my selfishness of wanting Beth's purple bike and helping me have a wonderful childhood. I love you Amy Leigh Lou Lynn.
