Lately I have enjoyed eating red bell peppers. Some of you may not know this but bell peppers contain more vitamin C than oranges. That's right!! Bell peppers are great for having skin that is healthy and has a glow to it. So let the munching begin!!!

yummers Alice! I'm more of a green bell pepper eatter. I love eating them in eggs, salads, or plain.
