A great day for a great little man

Let's take a look back at the many different things that happened in history on June 17th-


1885- The Statue of Liberty is given to the U.S.A from France.
1928- Amelia Earhart sets out as a passenger on the seaplane Friendship to become the first woman to fly across the Atlantic.
1972- Five men are arrested and were the start of the Watergate investigation.
2005-Jones Christian Shumway came into the world and made our lives brighter
